RENDUN LIMITED ("we") operates trustrecon.com. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.
Website: if you request an audit we store the email address you submit, the page you submitted it from, a timestamp, IP address, and user-agent string. We use no advertising trackers.
Client data: financial exports and read-only API data you provide for the purpose of producing reconciliation reports.
Website contact data is used solely to respond to your request. Client data is used solely to produce your reports. We do not sell, rent, or share data with third parties except infrastructure providers necessary to operate the service, all located in the United States.
Client data is retained while you are a client and deleted within 30 days of a written request. Website lead data is deleted on request to audit@trustrecon.com.
