These terms govern use of trustrecon.com and TrustRecon services operated by RENDUN LIMITED.
TrustRecon provides bookkeeping-support reports: reconciliation, discrepancy detection, and owner statement preparation, based on data you provide. You retain sole responsibility for your books, filings, and regulatory compliance. Reports identify mechanical inconsistencies; they are not audit opinions, legal advice, or tax advice, and we are not a CPA firm.
You represent that you are authorized to share the data you provide. We access it read-only and use it solely to produce your deliverables (see Privacy).
Monthly plans are billed in advance and can be cancelled anytime, effective the next billing cycle. The initial audit is free.
Service is provided "as is". Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the three months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
